The Cradle to Cradle Institute assesses products on material quality, material recycling, the use of renewable energy and carbon management, water management and social justice. 

The certificates are reviewed every two years. In order to keep the C2C certificate, we need to continuously try to improve our products on these points.

Our objective: 100% of the products Brabantia produces itself, must be certified Cradle-to-Cradle at Bronze level. 

At present, 90% of these products are certified. Our StepUp and Sort & Go bins are even certified at the Silver Level.
