Brabantia electrical appliances are sold in South Africa directly in @home stores. @home is part of The Foschini Group (TFG). Kindly return or contact the store where the product was purchased.
Should you require spare parts or service for an older Brabantia electrical product (purchased at Game stores), these products are now out of warranty and no spares or service is available. You may find suitable a replacement product at @home or spare parts via a generic supplier.
